Pict Dna
« on: February 26, 2007, 04:03:03 PM »
I was searching a DNA site last night, and found that I finally had an exact match with someone. In place of "name", it was labeled "Pict DNA". It appears to claim a link to Cruithne. So, even though I have no proof I am of Clan Chattan, let alone a Scot outside of my surname, it appears I may have been on the right trail in posting here last year.
The link to the Pict DNA is below

I have e mailed some DNA experts on this grouping, but they say it mainly a Scot typing, but they doubt it is Pict.
The author of the grouping APPEARS to be a Dr Colson doing Genome research, but he has not responded yet.
